Giveaway – Two pairs of earrings!

I’ve been making earrings. I’ve never made earrings before. I have to say, I like making earrings.

I’m expecting to branch out in my shop even more than the photography prints I only offered previously, so Etsy let me go ahead and change the name to “Dabblings by LS“.  It’s not the most creative name in the world, but I think it conveys the fact that you’ll find a varied offering of items.  I’ve got a bunch of earrings now, and in addition to the few photography prints I offered I’ve also added specialty photo prints on metal.  Love them!  Of course, I’ve also got an eye toward other stuff I want to try.  I’m intrigued by the idea of amber teething jewelry for babies; I’ve already ordered the materials so I’ll be making a necklace or anklet for my own baby soon and will probably make a few extras as well.  I’ve also got a couple sewing projects I want to try my hand at, so something of that ilk may end up in the shop soon, too.

Anyway, I’m jazzed about my new earrings and I really want my first sale, so I’m hosting another of my own giveaways.  Up for grabs are two pairs of earrings — one for two different winners.  The first is a drop earrings with a cool amethyst-colored glass bead, in a sort of spiral-faceted shape.  This bead measures approx. 10mm in both length and width. The earrings also have a couple of silver-tone accent beads hung on a silver-plated wire. The total drop of the earrings is 1.25 inches.  The second pair is very simple but cute, a silver-plated kidney wire ear hook with a 6 mm Swarovski crystal bead.  The color on the bead is officially “light gray” but I think it’s more of a translucent white.  It makes me think of a little cloud that got captured in crystal.
